How to start your investment fund?

  • Step #1 - Secure your units by choosing the portfolio that you would like to start up with a non-refundable security deposit. Student Housing $900. Hotel units $1,500. Multi-family units $2,000. Your initial deposit is to secure your own commitment to success. Before starting with your startup fund for your portfolio, please contact us to send you the request for your initial deposit.

  • Step #2- Choose to make your one-time full payment for any of our investment options. or you can skip to step number 3. If models are not built yet expect approximately 18 to 24 months to have your units and start receiving your 20% ROI. Units that are already available expect up to 4 months to start seeing your return of investment. New units coming soon on 2026 and 2027.

 

  • Step #3 - Subscribe to start your own fund account where you are in full control of your potential investment goals. You can begin with small deposits that best fit your current financial status. The minimum requires is $150.00 per month for up to 60 months depending on the units you choose. After your first 60 months your minimum deposits will increase to $500 per month.

  • Step #4 - Keep making your deposits every month, once you have reached your first 20% mark, you will have paid your 20% down payment and now your units are 100% guarantee to start fulfilling your investment goals. You can use the same fund to add more units to your portfolio as your fund keeps growing. If you have to skip one month it's okay, remember that you are in control of your investment goals. There is no penalty for skipping a month, just make sure that the next month you make your payment so you can stay on target.

The first units will be available at Kandor City Park Place by the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027, once your units start making revenue you can use up to 8% of your monthly profit to pay off your units and keep 16% on your pocket. Your units eventually will pay off themselves. At this point your profit will be deposited on your startup fund account keeping your funds growing. You could use your fund as your own personal bank to get cash or fund other small or large ventures to help expand your own investment portfolio.
