This Real Estate Investment is considered a binding agreement between partners and guarantee under a five-year commitment. Contracts are undersigned by Kandor City Development LFC Inc. and requires investors to wait up to 24 months before considering cancelling the deal. During this period Kandor City Development LFC Inc, and the operators will have the opportunity to secure up to 80% of the entire funding for the construction of all the units. All units must be first funded at least up to 20% before having the approval for financing to cover the entire cost of construction. Each construction project must secure at least 20 or more units under contract. In the event that the company is unable to secure the minimum required of 20 units per building. Investors will be informed of the project status, a letter will be sent out to keep everyone informed. Each investor will have the right to request their funds and cancel their contract after the first 24 months. Any attempt to withdraw before the first 24 months will results on a non-refundable penalty for the entire amount already paid. Kandor City Development LFC Inc will reimburse 75% for the total amount deposited as down payment with the exception of a service fee. There is a non-refundable service fee of $3,500 dollars that covers the cost for the contract, floor plans design, and the business set up services fee per each unit. These funds are non-refundable due that it will be used to cover service expenses. If investors are under the financial payment plan and they have not yet paid the first $3,500 dollars their contract will not be cancel until the amount of $3,500 has been covered. Investors and operators must understand that after funding has been approved for the project construction, Kandor City Development LFC Inc. will retain the full amount of the entire deposits and down payments in order to move forward with the project plans. (All full payments or down payment deposits can be done through our secure payment site. The estimated time of construction for Kandor Suites Home is approximately 18 to 24 months. During the construction period all the units will be pre-leased in advance allowing operators and investors to start making some revenue allowing investors to gain on their ROI.

Investors will take part as silent partners gaining an equity share of up to 20% ownership per each unit sold.

Required down payment is $14,000.00. This can be pay under a subscription startup fund for just $280.00 for 50 months or request to be paid in full.
